Everything was excellent, fantastic location close to restaurants and shops nearby, and 10-20 minutes walking distance from old town, affable staff. Had a really great stay in our spotless and airy room with comfortable bed, a terras and all required amenities. There were an electric kettle and a fridge too.

During my recent stay at Bergamo Inn 15, I was impressed by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in the center of Bergamo, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby shops and bars. The room itself was comfortable and met my expectations, with a clean and spacious bed and a nicely designed bathroom. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the Nespresso machine and complimentary capsules, as well as the welcome gift of a bottle of San Pellegrino. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, allowing me to quickly settle into my room.

The staff was unresponsive to messages when a guest's plans changed due to unforeseen circumstances and did not show up for their stay.

We had a great Thanksgiving at this cozy inn with fantastic location! The cleaning lady came in every day and we always returned to a clean room. The hand-picked restaurants nearby served the most delicious food we've ever had on holiday. The showers were refreshing, and the beds were soft and relaxing, making it difficult to get up at times.

The plumbing was a bit of an issue, and the sink drained slow. the walls were thinner than expected, and we could hear people talking in the next room over, which can be a bit frustrating and disruptive to sleep.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are exactly like the ones shown in the pictures, with comfortable beds and a great view. The location is excellent, as it is close to everything, including the train station and is situated in the very center of Bergamo.

The hotel could improve on its self-service check-in process.
